             Welcome to Jim Hagan’s

personal web-site featuring

Jim’s music.

 

         Currently there are several

albums available, each with their

own distinct flavor.  Jim has played

a variety of music commercially

over the years, as well as different

instruments.  He claims no allegiance

to any one genre and enjoys as much

musical variety as he can.  His song-

writing craft is unique with common

threads woven into whatever platform

he is using.

 

         Most exciting, is the release

of Jim’s new album “Storytime”.

This new compilation of all original

music features Jim with some of the

masters of the bluegrass world.  Jim

draws on his bluegrass roots throughout the album and even includes some pre-bluegrass musical interpretations on such songs as “Storytime in Jonesborough” and “Coins of Gold” (inspired by the Carter Family’s music).
