           The music from Storytime is just that, real life stories of Jim’s, either first hand or inspired by others.  Jim’s ability to see the lessons of life in our own experiences along with his unique songwriting ability is the making of an album you will want to hear again and again.

           Jim returns to his bluegrass roots after a 30 year absence with 16 original songs, including two instrumentals—His long held love and appreciation for the culture and music of Southern Appalachia is evident in these unique arrangements.  He is assisted by some of East Tennessee’s best bluegrass musicians.
